Through detailed Mold Flow Analysis, we simulate injection parameters and optimize gating, cooling, and ejection systems — ensuring cycle time efficiency, part quality, and minimal warpage before the first cut is made.
Atharva is recognized for its rapid mold development timelines driven by lean manufacturing practices and precision tooling. We provide full lifecycle support, including Engineering Change Notice (ECN) integration, ensuring flexibility and scalability throughout the product’s development.
Our capabilities extend to manufacturing high-cavitation molds up to 64 cavities, including hot runner systems, multi-action tools, and high-speed molds for mass production. Every tool is built for longevity, repeatability, and high output with minimal maintenance.
