Atharva specializes in ultrasonic welding, a high-precision joining method that uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to create a solid-state weld between thermoplastic components. This process ensures clean, strong, and reliable joints without the need for adhesives or solvents.
Our hot plate welding systems are ideal for joining large or complex plastic parts. The technique involves heating the joining surfaces with a heated platen and then pressing them together to form a strong molecular bond, ensuring high structural integrity.
For applications requiring high-strength and hermetically sealed joints, we offer vibration welding.
