Our 240,000 sq. ft. manufacturing space is equipped with cutting-edge moulding machines and assembly lines, allowing us to produce consistently high-quality components while maintaining flexibility for custom requirements. Prasad Meditech

Prasad Meditech is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality medical packaging components, headquartered in the Chakan Industrial Area near Pune, Maharashtra. Established in 2017, the company has rapidly become a leading producer and exporter of Euro Head Caps and related closures for plastic infusion containers and bags, serving pharmaceutical manufacturers globally.

Key Highlights

Prasad Meditech specializes in manufacturing essential components for infusion solutions, including Euro Head Caps, Double Fold Caps, Diamond Ports, and various medical-grade PP closures. These products are designed for use in Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) and Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) processes, ensuring compatibility with modern pharmaceutical packaging technologies.

The company’s facility is situated at Plot No. PAP-W96, Phase II, Chakan MIDC, Varale, Tal-Khed, Pune—an area renowned for its industrial infrastructure and proximity to major transportation hubs.

With approximately 95% of its production exported, Prasad Meditech serves clients across North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia, highlighting its significant international presence.

The Chakan facility’s location offers logistical advantages, being well-connected to major seaports, facilitating efficient export operations.

Production is conducted within a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent cleanliness standards essential for medical-grade manufacturing.

The factory spans an area of 80,000 square feet, providing ample space for large-scale production and future expansion.
